I create a rules but it doesn't worked .. the files arrive to the user

My rules is :

When any attachment name contains .pif AND any attachment name contains .scr AND any attachment name contains .bat AND any attachment name contains .COM don't accept the message AND don't accept the message AND don't accept the message AND don't accept the message


What is wrong ?
